About Me

amy-fort-millMy college professor always told us “Write what you know”. The minute I thought about what I knew, I came up blank. What the hell do I know? Not much.

Maybe that’s why it’s taken me so long to pick up the pen, or computer, after so many years. I now know things. Things that I didn’t at 19.

My husband calls this my expensive hobby. I refer to it as my retirement career, hopefully. Regardless, writing is my sanity. It’s explains my ADD. It also explains these random comments that come out of my mouth.

Too many characters in my head.

I hope you enjoy what you find on this blog. I hope you’ll stick around with me as I find an outlet for my work, aka get published.

I hope you’ll speak up when you like or don’t like something. After all, without readers, writers would be lost. It’s a symbiotic relationship.

Thanks for stopping by.
